1. Account Creation
To access iProHub consultation services, users must create an account by providing accurate and complete registration information, including:
- Full legal name
- Valid email address
- Secure password meeting minimum complexity requirements
- Phone number (optional but recommended for verification)
2. Account Types
2.1 Standard User Account
For individuals seeking consultations with experts, mentors, agencies, or healthcare professionals across any iProHub sub-platform.
2.2 Multi-Hub Access
A single iProHub account provides access to all consultation hubs (Talent, Agency, Professional, and Doctor iProHub). Hub-specific profiles may require additional information.
3. Account Security
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended
- Users must immediately report suspected unauthorized access to security@iprohub.com
- iProHub will never ask for your password via email or phone
4. Profile Management
- Users should keep profile information current and accurate
- Profile photos must be appropriate and not infringe on others' rights
- Users may update personal information through account settings at any time
- Display names should not impersonate other individuals or organizations
5. Account Verification
iProHub may require email verification, phone verification, or identity verification for certain features such as booking consultations, making payments, or accessing premium services.
6. Booking and Consultation History
- Users can view their consultation history, upcoming bookings, and payment records in their dashboard
- Consultation records are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Users may request deletion of consultation history subject to legal retention requirements
7. Payment Methods
- Users may add payment methods through secure, encrypted channels
- iProHub does not store full credit card numbers on its servers
- Users are responsible for ensuring payment methods are valid and current
8. Account Suspension
Accounts may be suspended or restricted for:
- Violation of Terms & Conditions or platform Guidelines
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Repeated cancellation of booked consultations without valid reason
- Abusive behavior toward experts or platform staff
- Failure to complete required verification steps
9. Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Upon deletion:
- Personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Active bookings must be completed or cancelled before deletion
- Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance
- Account deletion is irreversible
10. Inactive Accounts
Accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be flagged for review. Users will be notified via email before any action is taken on inactive accounts.
