iProHub is built on trust, respect, and the shared goal of meaningful expert guidance. These guidelines apply to all users, instructors, consultants, agencies, and healthcare professionals on our platform.

1. Respect and Professionalism

  • Treat all participants with courtesy, dignity, and respect
  • Use professional language during all consultations and communications
  • Be punctual for scheduled sessions
  • Listen actively and provide thoughtful, constructive guidance
  • Respect cultural differences and diverse perspectives

2. Honesty and Transparency

  • Provide accurate information about your qualifications and experience
  • Be transparent about the scope and limitations of your advice
  • Do not make guarantees about outcomes (admissions, jobs, medical cures)
  • Disclose any conflicts of interest that may affect your guidance
  • Report any misleading profiles or false claims to iProHub support

3. Safety and Well-being

  • Never share personal contact information publicly on the platform
  • Report harassment, threats, or inappropriate behavior immediately
  • For medical emergencies, contact local emergency services — do not rely on online consultations
  • Do not share content that promotes self-harm, violence, or illegal activities
  • Protect minors — users under 16 are not permitted on the platform

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Keep all consultation content confidential unless explicit consent is given
  • Do not record sessions without the consent of all participants
  • Do not share client data, medical records, or personal stories outside the platform
  • Use secure connections and private environments for video consultations

5. Fair Use of the Platform

  • Conduct all transactions through the iProHub platform
  • Do not circumvent platform fees by arranging off-platform payments
  • Do not create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or reviews
  • Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts on the platform
  • Respect intellectual property rights of content shared during consultations

6. Consultation Best Practices

For Users Seeking Guidance

  • Come prepared with specific questions and relevant background information
  • Be open and honest about your goals and circumstances
  • Provide timely feedback and ratings after consultations
  • Cancel bookings with adequate notice if you cannot attend

For Experts and Professionals

  • Prepare for sessions by reviewing the user's stated needs
  • Provide actionable, relevant advice within your area of expertise
  • Refer users to other specialists when questions fall outside your scope
  • Follow up on action items discussed during consultations when appropriate

7. Content Standards

The following content is prohibited on iProHub:

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on protected characteristics
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic material
  • Spam, phishing, or fraudulent schemes
  • Misinformation, especially regarding health, legal, or financial matters
  • Unauthorized advertising or solicitation

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines:

  1. Use the in-platform report feature on the relevant profile or consultation
  2. Email report@iprohub.com with details and evidence
  3. For urgent safety concerns, contact local authorities first, then notify iProHub

All reports are reviewed confidentially. Retaliation against reporters is strictly prohibited.

9. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Warning notifications
  • Temporary account restrictions
  • Permanent account suspension or termination
  • Removal of content or reviews
  • Legal action in cases of serious violations

10. Updates

These guidelines may be updated periodically. Continued use of iProHub constitutes acceptance of the current guidelines. Significant changes will be communicated via platform notification.
