iProHub is a digital consultation marketplace that connects users with verified experts, mentors, agencies, and healthcare professionals. iProHub acts as an intermediary platform and does not directly provide consultation, medical, legal, or educational services.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
4. Account Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one account without authorization
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
5. Consultation Services
- Consultations are provided by independent experts, not by iProHub directly
- iProHub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of any consultation
- Medical consultations through Doctor iProHub do not replace in-person medical care or emergency services
- Users should seek emergency medical attention for urgent health conditions
6. Payments and Refunds
- Consultation fees are set by individual experts or agencies
- All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
- Refund policies vary by service type and are outlined at the time of booking
- iProHub may charge platform service fees as disclosed during checkout
7. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users or experts
- Use the platform for illegal activities or unauthorized commercial purposes
- Attempt to circumvent platform fees or payment systems
- Share confidential consultation content without consent
- Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, logos, and software are the property of iProHub. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant iProHub a license to use it for platform operations.
9. Limitation of Liability
