This policy governs professional accounts on Agency iProHub, Professional iProHub, and Doctor iProHub. It applies to education consultancy agencies, technology professionals, career mentors, and licensed healthcare providers offering services through the iProHub platform.
2. Professional Account Types
2.1 Agency Accounts (Agency iProHub)
For registered education consultancy agencies providing admission support, visa guidance, and study abroad planning services.
2.2 Professional Accounts (Professional iProHub)
For experienced technology professionals, career mentors, and industry experts offering career guidance and technical mentorship.
2.3 Healthcare Provider Accounts (Doctor iProHub)
For licensed medical doctors and healthcare professionals providing telemedicine and health consultation services.
3. Registration Requirements
3.1 Agency Accounts
- Valid business registration and trade license
- Proof of agency establishment and operational history
- Authorized representative identity verification
- Portfolio of services and partner university affiliations
3.2 Professional Accounts
- Verifiable employment history at recognized organizations
- Professional credentials (degrees, certifications, portfolio)
- LinkedIn or professional profile verification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
3.3 Healthcare Provider Accounts
- Valid medical license and registration with relevant medical council
- Specialization credentials and practice history
- Malpractice insurance documentation (where applicable)
- Compliance with telemedicine regulations in practicing jurisdiction
4. Professional Standards
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and ethics
- Provide services within the scope of verified qualifications
- Respond to consultation requests within 48 hours
- Honor scheduled appointments with punctuality
- Maintain accurate availability calendars
- Keep all client information strictly confidential
5. Profile and Listing Guidelines
- All credentials and experience claims must be accurate and verifiable
- Professional photos must be current and appropriate
- Service descriptions must clearly outline offerings and limitations
- Pricing must be transparent with no hidden fees
- Agencies must disclose all partner affiliations and commission structures
6. Financial Terms
- Professionals set consultation rates within platform guidelines
- iProHub charges a platform service fee on each completed consultation
- Payment disbursement schedules are outlined in the professional dashboard
- Refund disputes are mediated by iProHub support
- All financial transactions must occur through the iProHub platform
- Professionals are responsible for applicable taxes on earnings
7. Quality Assurance
- User ratings and reviews are collected after each consultation
- Professionals maintaining ratings below 3.5 stars may be subject to review
- iProHub conducts periodic quality audits of professional accounts
- Continuing education or re-verification may be required periodically
8. Prohibited Practices
Professional accounts must not:
- Misrepresent qualifications, experience, or affiliations
- Guarantee specific outcomes (admission, employment, cure, etc.)
- Divert clients to off-platform transactions to avoid fees
- Prescribe controlled substances through Doctor iProHub (where prohibited)
- Discriminate against clients based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or disability
- Share client data with third parties without consent
- Use automated bots or fake accounts to inflate ratings
9. Healthcare-Specific Provisions
- Telemedicine consultations must comply with local and international regulations
- Doctors must clearly state the limitations of online consultations
- Emergency cases must be directed to appropriate emergency services
- Medical records must be maintained per healthcare data protection standards
- Prescriptions, when permitted, must comply with jurisdictional requirements
10. Account Review and Termination
iProHub reserves the right to review, suspend, or terminate professional accounts for policy violations, substantiated complaints, credential discrepancies, or failure to maintain quality standards.
