Terms for Instructors

Terms and responsibilities for mentors, tutors, and instructors providing services on iProHub platforms.

1. Scope

These Terms for Instructors apply to all individuals who register as mentors, tutors, student guides, or instructors on Talent iProHub and related educational consultation services within the iProHub ecosystem.

2. Eligibility

  • Must be currently enrolled in or have completed a recognized higher education program (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD)
  • Must provide verifiable proof of enrollment or graduation
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have firsthand experience relevant to the guidance areas offered

3. Instructor Responsibilities

  • Provide honest, accurate, and helpful guidance based on personal experience
  • Clearly communicate that advice reflects personal experience, not official university or institutional positions
  • Maintain professional and respectful communication at all times
  • Honor scheduled consultation appointments or provide adequate notice for cancellations
  • Keep student and user information confidential
  • Update profile information and availability regularly

4. Verification Process

All instructors must complete the iProHub verification process, which may include:

  • Submission of student ID or enrollment/graduation documents
  • Identity verification
  • Background review of profile claims
  • Periodic re-verification as required

5. Prohibited Conduct

Instructors must not:

  • Guarantee university admission, visa approval, or scholarship awards
  • Provide false credentials or misrepresent their academic status
  • Solicit users to conduct transactions outside the iProHub platform
  • Share inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory content
  • Use consultation sessions for personal promotion unrelated to the service
  • Record consultations without explicit consent from all parties

6. Compensation and Payments

  • Instructors set their own consultation rates within platform guidelines
  • Payments are processed through iProHub's secure payment system
  • Platform commission fees are disclosed during onboarding
  • Payouts are made according to the schedule outlined in the instructor dashboard
  • Instructors are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings

7. Content and Materials

Educational materials shared during consultations remain the intellectual property of their creators. Instructors grant users a limited license to use shared materials for personal educational purposes only.

8. Ratings and Reviews

Users may rate and review instructors after consultations. iProHub reserves the right to remove fraudulent or abusive reviews. Consistently low ratings may result in account review or suspension.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

iProHub may suspend or terminate instructor accounts for:

  • Violation of these terms or platform guidelines
  • Fraudulent credentials or misrepresentation
  • Repeated no-shows or unprofessional behavior
  • User complaints substantiated through investigation

10. Liability

Instructors are independent service providers, not employees of iProHub. Instructors are solely responsible for the advice and guidance they provide during consultations.
